Required Proof Documents
All teams must have TWO forms of proof for all players:
- Birth Certificate
- Current Copy of Report Card
Protest Bi-Laws
- Protests must be made BEFORE the game (at least 30 min before tip-off)
- Head coach must submit a $100 Protest Fee
- Fee refunded if upheld, forfeited if not upheld
- No protests during or after game completion
Important Player Notes
- Players within the same organization may play up on two teams
- Organizations with two teams in same Age/Grade Group but separate divisions cannot share players
- No player may play on two separate teams/organizations in the same event
- A player that does NOT play in Pool Play is not eligible to play in Bracket Play

Mercy Rule
If a team is ahead by 20+ points, the clock becomes a running clock ONLY IN THE 2ND HALF. Normal stopped-clock rules resume if lead drops below 20. All games will be completely played out regardless of score.
Uniforms
Each team must have Home & Away jerseys (light and dark). On the schedule: the Away Team is listed first/above, and the Home Team is listed second/bottom.
Player Ejection
- Suspended for next game (NO exceptions)
- Fighting with punches thrown = suspended remainder of tournament
Coach Ejection
Any coach ejected from a game may coach the next game.
If a game is called/stopped by referees due to any action deemed not in the best interest of the tournament, the score when stopped will serve as the final score.
Tie Breaker Criteria
- Won-Loss Record
- Head to Head Competition

Point System (Margin of Victory)
Any team winning by more than 15 points will only be credited 15 points for the victory.
- Least Points Allowed in Pool Play
- Coin Flip
Any rules not mentioned above will be worked out fairly at the discretion of the Tournament Director.
