2. Tournament Registration

Registration for AGAME tournaments is subject to availability and payment. All registration fees must be paid in full to secure your team's spot. Teams are responsible for ensuring all players meet eligibility requirements.

3. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are generally not issued once the tournament schedule has been posted. For cancellations prior to schedule release, please contact our tournament director.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants, coaches, and spectators are expected to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner. AGAME reserves the right to remove any individual who violates our code of conduct without refund.

5. Liability Waiver

By participating in AGAME tournaments, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with basketball activities. AGAME Hoops is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during events.

6. Media Release

Participants grant AGAME Hoops permission to use photos, videos, and other media captured during events for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and marketing materials.

7. Changes to Terms

AGAME reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
