All packages will be delivered within 1-2 weeks of the event. Player highlights and photos are typically on the faster end, while team packages with more content may take the full timeframe.
Yes! When you submit your request, there's a field for song requests. We'll do our best to accommodate your choice for player and team mixtape packages.
For $20, the Insurance Option guarantees a full refund if we cannot fulfill your package for any reason (technical issues, forfeits, insufficient content, etc.). Without insurance, all purchases are final unless AGAME HOOPS is unable to deliver due to our own circumstances.
