Health & Safety Plan for upcoming Tournaments

  1. All Staff, Scorekeepers and Coaches are required to wear a mask while in the facility AT ALL TIMES. At this time due to State protocol Coaches and Players must wear mask during play as well.  For players we do understand that during play mask may slide down under your mouth but, as long as players mask are visible, we are ok with that.  (If there is any change prior to the tournament within these guidelines all Team Administrators, Program Directors & Coaches will be notified).
  2. ALL individuals entering the facility will be subjected to a Temperature check
  3. Referees are required to wear mask off the court and during play (If there is any change prior to the tournament within these guidelines all Referees  will be notified.
  4. All Fans over the age of 3 MUST wear a mask & maintain social distancing (6 feet) from non-family members.
  5. MASK wearing is NOT optional. First time caught not wearing a mask you will receive a warning. Second time caught not wearing a mask you will be asked to leave the facility for the remainder of the day.
  6. Players must wear masks into and out of all Tournament Facilities. Players mask can be removed during gameplay depending on the State of PA Protocols.  As of now, the State requires that players and coaches must wear their mask during gameplay.  All updates regarding mask being worn during gameplay will be documented here and most current information will sent to team coaches and organization officials via email.
  7. Hand Sanitizer will be available at all score tables. All players are required to sanitize their hands before and after each game. Game Balls will be sanitized before, during and after each game.
  8. Coaches will refrain from yelling at officials. Any face to face arguing by an official or a coach will result in an expulsion from the event!
  9. AGame Hoops will add additional time between games for staff to clean & sanitize the space.
  10. AGame Hoops encourages individuals considered “high risk” to please stay home
  11. Multiple sanitizing stations will be set up throughout the facility.  Additional sanitizing staff members will be added to ensure all surfaces remain clean throughout the entire weekend.
  12. Each player bench and spectator seating will be disinfected directly after each game.
  13. Fans will NOT enter the facility any Earlier than 25 minutes prior to game time. This will allow plenty of time to get a seat within social distancing rules.
  14. There will be NO Pre or Post Game Handshaking and NO player will extend a hand to help another player up.
